The attentive staff impressed us. everyone was cute and helpful. even the elevator rugs changed throughout the day. It was a cute touch. complimentary drinks. the bedding was dreamy. I seemed like i was sleeping on a cloud!!!
I wish i had known more about the surrounding area. It felt a bit too commercial. it would have been great to have a little guide or map to help me discover some hidden gems.

king room spacious room walkable location
I totally loved my king room. It was super spacious. the gym had several treadmills and ellipticals! the location proved walkable to various landmarks.
the ice machine on my floor seemed to be out of service, though!

noisy road undesirable room
the room decor was quite nice. the lamps provided good lighting.
I was quite disappointed with my room. It was on a very noisy road. i think my late arrival resulted in receiving a less desirable room. after a great experience at a different location, this was a letdown.

Fantastic stay near everything
central location helpful staff convenient breakfast
The location was really central (it meant easy access to major attractions). I appreciated the adjacent restaurant with good food, drinks, and a nice atmosphere. A coffee shop in the building offered convenient breakfast options. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly.
My room faced a street with considerable noise. It kept me awake several times during the night due to loud music and people shouting.

The staff was readily available and assisted with directions (which I often needed). They also promptly addressed inquiries. One time, I needed assistance with my room's climate control, and someone came up within minutes to sort it out.

Really good Downtown Experience!
downtown spot easy access friendly staff welcome drinks
This hotel boasts a superb downtown spot with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are large and feature complimentary snacks and water, replenished daily. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel also provided welcome drinks upon arrival!
The only minor issue i experienced was noise from nearby establishments late at night.
